Gardenview Village

Gardenview Village is a 35-bed tiny home community that primarily
serves individuals and couples experiencing homelessness who are
55+ and/or medically fragile.

The village has a shared kitchen, a community room, and hygiene facilities with restrooms, showers, and laundry. The village has on-site case management and 24/7 staff. Each tiny house measures 8 x 12 feet and has heat, electricity, insulation, two windows, and a locking door.

Our case managers work with residents to help them obtain housing, employment, healthcare, and other services, and get on a path to permanent housing.

Gardenview Village is a partnership between Road2Home, the City of Bellingham, and the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) and is located at 1399 Woburn Street (corner of Lakeway and Woburn).
